Advantex Purchase Marketing

Advantex represents over 1 million affluent customers across Canada who are avid collectors of Aeroplan Miles or other points through a premium CIBC Visa card – predominantly the CIBC Aerogold Visa card.

Advantex purchases several months of future Transaction Credits on behalf of its customers from selected merchants at a discount, and markets the merchants together with special cardholder incentives through the CIBC ADVANTEX BENEFIT program. As cardholders make purchases at participating merchants using their CIBC Visa card, the Transaction Credit balance declines, and Advantex receives the funds.
